Jumping in for the first time on Wordless Wednesday hosted by Dixie over at French Lique . This weeks theme is crafts! My offering is a clipboard made over with a tad of scrapbook paper, blackboard paint, ribbon and glue. It hangs by the door in my kitchen for notes. My daughter's boyfriend left Leah a 'note' and she replied. Teenage puppy love!
The message board is a 'leftover' from a few years ago, when I was in a local Arts & Crafts Show. When my mom made me the new door curtain, I remembered having it. Thought it would go great in the wall space between my carport door and laundry room door. My kitchen will soon be one of the pretty colors in both of these items. Can you guess which one?
Guess I was actually wordy on this Wordless Wednesday. Be sure to check out all the crafty photos posted over at Dixie's blog!

I love message boards. They remind me of college dorm days. I bought a really cute one for our house and my sons, both whom love to pick on my husband, wrote with permanent marker - "Dad is sooooo sexy." It made such a funny family memory and after 5 years we proudly keep the note on display.
ReplyDeleteHi Sherri, pretty message board.. and very useful. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great message board!~
ReplyDeleteThank you, sweets! I hardly have any hair left at this point. It has been a pain the you know what!! But I'm getting there. I'm about to break and run down to Hobby Lobby. Yes, drinks, coffee something for sure.
ReplyDeleteSorry to about your fall. I'm glad you didn't break anything. Poor thing! But it sounds like you are making lots of progress and I hope you will share the pics with us! :-)
